Tekniska by Pontus describe themselves as an innovative, green culinary experience. They want the curiosity and inspiration that's been awakened during guests' visit to the museum to continue on into their dining experience. Sustainability is a recurring theme and plant-based foods take centre stage on the menu, which is certified by Sweden's leading organic certification. As well as the environmental aspect, Tekniska by Pontus is also concerned about serving food that's good for your health.
They serve a vegan buffet every day, as well as one fish and one meat dish. The ingredients they use are seasonal and local produce is used whenever possible. Tekniska by Pontus also has a café section where you'll find goodies such as cakes and pastries, sandwiches and "brain food".
As well as lunch, dinner and coffee, the restaurant can also help with conferences, parties and various other kinds of events. They offer special set menus for everything from business lunches and cocktail parties to conference packages and function room menus. At the end of November, Tekniska by Pontus starts serving their popular Christmas buffet.

There are not that many restaurants that one can remember for how bad the food it is but this wins all the competitions. I have tried 3 times and honestly there is not hope , today I could not eat the salad which it was something like freeze pasta with old lettuce and peaces of cheese and mushrooms...
