Review of Tjoget – by Anton S.
You'd never recognize the reason for all those bar awards from the first glance, because you're welcome anytime, even if you're on the way from the gym to your home in your jogging pants.
The food is excellent for a bar, or very good for a haute-cuisine restaurant. And for a price comparable to much less pretentious places.
Cocktails - most are worth at least a second try (some are worth a twenty-second). Try their very own 'beets' if you want something not too sweet and veggy to flush your dinner. Or stop by during Negroni week and indulge yourself in a variety of creative and awesome Negronis.
For a place with such enormous human traffic all week long, I'd say it's perfect. Should it be 10 times less crowded, the hospitality, coziness and service would probably yield an overall 4 (not because they're bad, just not top-notch), but overall, the popularity doesn't affect the quality of service much, which is so worth the credit.
