One should not underestimate giving love to oneself on this day! The food is not cheap but you eat with devotion but halleluljia moment every times!! The kitchen cooks carefully with an uncompromising and solid food craftsmanship. Let the ingredients be the stars without lots of newly thought lull-lull. Grilled scallops with trout roe and tarragon butter sauce are so worth their 525 kronor, no fish-flavored chewing gum far the taste buds can feel. Champagne Deutz Brut Classic is not a bad drink and it is good enough for a loving dinner for yourself. 4 out of 5!

To be able to return to Wedholms Fisk is something that warms me, to sit down with candles and linen textiles at the table. A workforce that keeps track of its and gives even more back in its service less. It's no wonder that their service is talked about. If it tastes like it, it costs but yes you are worth the hell more often than you think you are.

It was finally time to try Wedholm's Fish. It was bigger than I had imagined. And less rigid. It was still relatively quiet, even though it was full. Very elegant environment. Asked about a dish on the menu that was no longer there (kammmusslor in champagne sauce), then I got the answer that they could cook it anyway if I wanted to.

We said we love sauce, so go ahead. Oh, my God, that's the sauce you got. Sauce is what you love about food. This is the first time I haven't eaten the sauce. You got a lobster claw, a lobster tail, two scallops, turbot (was probably at least 100g) and sea tongue (also at least 100g). With half a (divine Irish) lobster for starter, it became impossible to eat all the food. We actually took the doggy bag, as my company could barely eat up half :) Extremely generous portion, for sure. But perhaps not so strange when the dish costs almost 700 SEK! Overall, the prices are greatly increased, but it is a luxury restaurant with the finest ingredients, so not so strange I think.

All great. This must be Stockholm's best fish restaurant, can't think of anyone better. If I had been a bit more of a fish person, it would probably have been the highest rating.
