To begin with, we were placed on their outdoor terrace which was how nice any time on a hot summer day. The service was top class and south-style at its best. Relaxed, very knowledgeable, incredibly nice and just generally beautiful and lovely people!
On to the food. We started with an oyster that was marinated in a sauce of rosé wine that was absolutely amazing. For starter, I took char that was so incredibly good. It would have been like a main course, but instead I took the vegetarian dish that consisted of deep fried red cabbage with chickpeas, mint and some kind of chilomajonäs on top. May not sound much to the world but it is clearly among the best vegetarian dishes I've eaten if not the best. Incredibly good and never wanted it to end. My company was at least as satisfied as I am! We'll be back in the near future.
