Sacred Sauna is a social sauna experience where German aufguss techniques, cold dips and modern breathing exercises come together. The entire experience is framed by curated soundscapes and specially designed lighting that will make you feel reborn. 

Sacred Sauna in the Slakthus area has created an extraordinary sauna experience. They offer a wellness journey for all the senses, where heat, cold and breathwork are combined in a harmonious way. Each session is 60 minutes long and led by experienced guides, but you can also sauna on your own. The experience uses essential oils to enhance relaxation together with breathing exercises and fan techniques. If you want, you can include a cold plunge, which boosts blood circulation and strengthens the immune system. 

Sacred Sauna consists of container-like spaces with a patio, chill-out zone, cold baths and saunas for 40 people. There are also modern changing rooms, a reception and a shop where you can buy sauna oils, towels and swimwear, among other things. Everything is specially designed to enhance the feeling of well-being and create an oasis. Sacred Sauna can also be booked for team building, parties, events, hen and stag parties, or as a private sauna for couples.
