Restaurang Tiljan

Tiljan is the theatre's in-house restaurant, but you don't have to go to the theatre to stop by for a drink or a bite to eat. Tiljan's head chef Stefan Stenbom has developed the menu together with star chef Ulf Wagner and dishes offer international flavours with meat, fish and vegetarian options, as well as desserts such as the evening's homemade ice cream.

The atmosphere is personal and cosy. The airy venue is modern and minimalistic with muted colour schemes, light drapes, shelves and theatre posters on the wall. The lighting is also muted, with an illuminated bar counter in light wood and wine coolers with lighting along the walls. The venue also houses a large wine cellar that testifies to an extensive wine list.
