Älskar när man har höga förväntningar och ställen lever upp till vad man förväntat sig! Utan tvekan godaste semlan jag någonsin ätit (dock ej testat Bullar och bröd). Perfekt bröd och så god mandelmassa, tycker verkligen om att det finns stora bitar av mandlarna. Även generös mängd mandelmassa och god grädde som är lagom vispad. 5+!

14 april är det sista dagen för Lillebrors semlor för i år. Passa på att göra ett besök där innan dess om ni är sugna på den omtalade semlan. Semlan får betyget 4 1/2 av mig. God grädde, god mandelmassa, gott med mandlar i, kunde dock ha varit något större i storleken på semlan. 45kr

Luktar nybakat när man kommer in. Det är väldigt litet ställe där det nästan inte finns några platser att sitta på. Finns utanför dörren några enstaka platser som man kan sitta. Just idag var det lugnt och ingen kö. Eftersom det var så fint väder ute så köpte jag med mig semlan. Hade förväntat mig lite större utbud på bakelser, fanns semlor någon enstaka bulle och resterande var frallor och bröd. Såg en jätte god mandelcrossiant, men det får bli att testa en annan gång!

Som en semla fan har jag varit ute på jakten ganska länge för att kunna testa Stockholms bästa semlor. Jag har följt thatsup topp 10 listan för semlor, bäst i test semlor mm. Det då jag fick reda ut att en av de godaste semlor är egentligen inte med på "topp 10" listan! Just det väckte upp min nyfikenhet ännu mer och jag reste hela vägen till St. Eriks plan från Norr ort för att kunna ställa mig i den långa kö som var "simply worth it"!
Om jag minns rätt, så har jag varit här för 3 årish sedan precis när grabbarna startade igång med bröd och bullar. Jag tyckte (då tiden) att bagarna är coola, trevlig och bakar med passion för "bröd". Idag när jag besökte igen detta ställe för just semlor och blev så oerhört glad för att se hur bra bagarna fortsätter att jobba med samma energi och passion som jag såg för 3 år sedan med lika mycket glädje och ödmjukhet :)

Om just nu jag ska få recensera Semlan, så här går det till. Alla som gillar en semlan med mycket mandelmassa med "chunky" mandlar, då Lillebror har verkligen något för just er. Jag måste också tillägga att mandelmassa är "lite" saltig så det ger semlan en helt annat touché. Semlans bulle är sååååå klart.... saftig och oemotståndlig.....Mums!
