What started out as a hole in the wall on Regeringsgatan in 2002 is now the popular Brunkebergs Bageri on Dalagatan and Brunkebergs Bageri & Bistro on Birger Jarlsgatan. Slow-baked artisanal bread takes centre stage here, made completely without additives and with passionate attention to detail.
As well as bread, they also sell masses of other baked goodies, including cinnamon buns, cookies, pastries, classic chocolate balls and decadent cakes. If you're hungry and need something more substantial, they serve fresh filled rolls, hearty salads and warming soups to eat in or take away.
