In open premises on Folkungagatan, Paulinas Kök & Bakeri is a spacious café where everything is baked and cooked from scratch with a strong focus on sustainability. As well as breakfast all day long, you can order a glass of bubbly with coffee, or come in for a fresh lunch or brunch.
The menu consists of all kinds of colourful dishes such as salads, soups, grilled sourdough sandwiches and the lunch of the day. The in-house bakery constantly smells of freshly baked goods, with both sweet and savoury dishes on the menu. Come here to buy yourself a fresh loaf of bread for your home-cooked breakfast or to meet up over a bite to eat or a coffee with a friend.
The café has green plants, large windows facing the street, wooden furniture and comfortable sofas to sink into for a while. In the summer months, the space expands with an outdoor terrace, and they also have a table with little things to buy to take away, such as plant cuttings and small interior items.
