Bar Nordic is run by drinks producer New Nordic Beverage, which with its flagship series Rålund and Episk strives to create a paradigm shift in the wine world. The vision is to contribute to a green transition by offering histamine-free and sustainable quality wines and liqueurs made from Nordic berries and fruits. These are served as they are or as innovative cocktails.

The drinks list includes wines, liqueurs and non-alcoholic alternatives, and above all their own berry wines made from Swedish blueberries and lingonberries. The drinks are accompanied by food with a clear focus on Swedish ingredients and both tradition and creativity in mind.
