At Dryck Vinbar you can try out new wine styles, wine countries, Swedish wines and excellent craft wines. They serve wines with a focus on small-scale, organic, biodynamic and sustainable production. The wines pair perfectly with the Swedish ingredients used in the kitchen, such as their cheese and charcuterie plate made up of Nordic farm cheeses and Swedish charcuterie. 

Dryck Vinbar, on lively Swedenborgsgatan, is run by food and wine enthusiast Carro Tallving. Her wine bar provides a relaxed and personal meeting place for anyone who wants to enjoy consciously produced drinks and delicious wine-friendly food made from Swedish ingredients. Craftsmanship and taste take centre stage here and there's something for everyone, from novices to true oenophiles. The popular outdoor dining area is the only one of its kind in the area as it's glassed-in, allowing guests to hang out comfortably all year round.

If you want to sample wine on your own, you can email a request for a "Mini wine tasting on your own" via their website. You'll then get a red, a white and an orange wine to taste, as well as an informative booklet on how to taste wine - a great way for anyone curious about wine to find out more.
