Tredje gången jag äter på Omaka, varje gång tänker jag "varför äter jag inte här oftare". Fast denna gång toppar dem alla! En otrolig välkomponerad meny där alla råvaror och smaker från ta plats. Köksmästaren Jacob Davidsson som bland annat varit på Aira, Adam & Albin samt PM & Vänner har gjort en grymt jobb och det märks att han har ett bra CV i ryggen.

Då har vi inte ens gått in på ölen ännu. Omaka är för många kanske mest känt som en bryggeri under regi av Spendrups. Detta stämmer, du ser in i bryggeriet från restaurangen och ölen är också den välproducerad med spännande smakkombinationer. Med ett tiotal olika öl sorter på fat finns här något för alla. Vi drack allt ifrån klassisk lager och IPA till banan öl (den var riktig god)!.

Omaka har en stor matsal, en öppen inbjudande bar, innergård, uteservering, samt chambre. Är helt säker på att Omaka bara kommer bli bättre och bättre!

The "middle dishes" which are between 165-250 are more like a mouthful and over on two bites which in turn means you need 4-6 to get full, more if you are really hungry.

We were placed at a large, wide table and thought we were 6 people, the feeling was a bit like we were sitting 3 on each short side of a giant table and talking-screaming for the other side of the party to hear. It was almost empty when we got to our booking and asked kindly if we could not take any of the smaller tables for 6 people instead, unfortunately we could not, it was booked and the room would soon be filled up. When we left, it was still empty.
