Small bar with a big personality

On Katarinavägen, at the lookout point a short walk up from Slussen, you will find this small bar that draws inspiration from so-called “dive bars” in the USA and Canada. Lagers, IPAs, wine, tequila, mezcal and cocktails combine with San Francisco-inspired burritos, hot soups and pizza with influences from Detroit. 

One Tap is an intimate and relaxed bar that focuses on the simple and well-made. With a nod to their North American role models, they offer a menu ranging from good lager on tap or a hand-picked IPA to a glass of wine or tequila and mezcal shots. Cocktails are blended according to the season. They're served with San Francisco-inspired burritos, rustic soups and so-called Detroit style pizza, i.e. square pan pizzas with a thick, juicy base. Everything is made on site – nothing fake passes the threshold here and the menu consists only of hearty food made from scratch. 

Fairy lights, candles, personal objects and the occasional poster set the tone for the interior and atmosphere of the bar, which focuses on small-scale and character. Come exactly as you are – nothing needs to be perfect here, just nice. In the summertime, the charming outdoor terrace opens with a roof over your head and a beautiful view of the water.
