Review of Café Ragazzi – by Shirley B.

Run away!
I just went to cafe Ragazzi to have lunch around 3.30pm today and the staff was extremely rude. So I have asked to speak to the manager and their names but none of them wanted to give it to me.

I am shocked by the extreme lack of customer service I have experienced.
It is really disappointed as the food was great but the cashier and one of the waitress were not.
It destroyed my whole experience.
I can give a description of the 2 girls attending me today.
One had brown hair and big brown sunglasses with ponytail, and one was blond blue eyes with short hair.
No apologies were given on spot and they were covering each other not wanted to give either of their names.
I would like to have one of the manager to contact me back as the staff did not want to give me his/her email to be able to make a complaint.
They were well covering each other, the brunette with glasses rolled her eyes in front of me and was really rude to me when she attended me at the cashier when I just asked to modify my order as I am allergic. Her tone of voice was aggressive she told me I should have said earlier.
This happened less than an hour ago.
The blond one, did not want to bring any manager from the team and refuses to give me his email adress at least. She said manager are never in the restaurant I can look on Internet to look myself for contact details.
I had no apologies from none of them.

Only one waitress with long black hairs was kind I could feel in her eyes she felt sorry from what happened but could do anything because of her 2 colleagues.

To sum up Super disappointed, if they don't like to face customer requests and tchit chat bad about me in front of me, they should not choose to work in customer service.
I will never come back to this place and I will never recommend it to anybody
