A colleague and I brought along an afternoon treat for the office. The price was on the pricier side. We shared a semla fudge cake and a salted brownie caramel cookie. Both were very good. The semla fudge cake had a generous cardamom flavor that was well balanced by the cream, which was perfectly soft but still held together compactly. The cookie was a bit runny, soft, dark, and had depth in flavor. I look forward to trying more works in the future.
