Restaurang Slipen is an ambitious mid-range restaurant, housed in the premises that were formerly home to Michelin-starred restaurant, Oaxen. The complex is right on the waterfront and has extremely high ceilings, with floor to ceiling windows. Wooden rowing boats and other marine details hang from the ceiling, and the rest of the interiors ooze rural archipelago style.
