Incredibly unpleasant staff. Came to a class for the first time, never visited the gym before, got lost in the gym and locked out of class, even though I was in the gym on time. There was no staff at the reception to ask where I should go. Once I find someone, they don't let me in. Very disappointed, what an incomprehensibly bad reception. Ugh!
