Absolutely the worst spa experience we've had. Queue for check-in, queue for sauna/pool (2 hours waiting for there to be space). No thought whatsoever about restrictions, unfresh water in the infinity pool. Total chaos with children running everywhere and taking up the entire pool for water play. Can't call this a spa where you should get the chance to relax. Do not recommend a visit.
