Vi valde att besöka nya Villa Dagmar för en frukost. Hade hört av vän som besökt restaurangen tidigare att servicen inte var av toppklass. Hon hade bokat bord i deras vinterträdgård, men blivit placerad i matsalen. Därför blev jag väldigt positivt överraskad av hotellets fantastiska frukostpersonal. En yoghurt bowl med kokosgrädde, rostad kokos, kakaonibs och jordnötter. En fantastisk smakkombination! Därefter fick vi in ”scrambled eggs”. Perfekt stekt! Lagom krämig. Ett måste att beställa in! Sist valde jag en Laxbagel med krasse och pepparrotskräm. Den var helt okej. Jag kände mig ganska mätt och lämnade en liten rest kvar på tallriken. Man får absolut inte glömma att smak av brödet i korgen på bordet som bakas i hotellets eget bageri en trappa ner! Magiska ”pain au chocolat”. Att dricka valde jag en apelsinjuice och en cappuccino.
