We took their duo tent. There are two tents next to each other with two patios connected to each other. Awesome nice to do with another couple. On the plus side, + The tents, really cozy and nicely decorated. + and associated patios. Same there, very nice. + The food and service. Best in the archipelago. + You can bring your own alcohol and the like to have in the tents. They are very helpful with ice, glass, bowls, etc.
This is enough for them to get a four, but there's a little bit on the hair. On the minus side: - We had a mouse (or maybe even.m little rat? 😨) that woke us up at 4am because it was trying to get into a chip bag (rustling some I can say...). When we tried to chase it right, it disappeared. Then it came back an hour later. And again. After a while, we realized that it slipped in and out of a small hole (for power cords, etc.) on the tent. Didn't feel like it was the first time it visited the tent. Zero evening sun. Combined with the fact that the place is quite exposed to wind, it is easy for it to get cold until the evening. They should be able to do something else with Santa Claus. There are a lot of pine trees and other trees, no green grass, flowers or the like. The jetty/beach feels more like a harbour, and the fact that there is not even a bathing ladder on the jetty seems strange to me. The restaurant's environment is ok, but no more. They should be able to do more to match the 5-star tents.
In any case, we had a very nice stay and I think you should try glamping in the archipelago. Then if there are better options than Svartsö, I have a bad idea, but the food is a big plus here. In terms of price, it is around 4500 SEK/couple incl dinner (excluding drinks). About what I expected.

Vi bodde här en härlig sommardag i juli och upplevelsen var inget annat än fantastisk! Vi hade det enda tältet som bara är för 2 personer, vilket innebär att det endast är en dubbelsäng där inne (och inte 2 extrasängar med som i övriga tält). Det gjorde att vi hade gott om plats inne i tältet för en mysig elkamin, härliga mjuka mattor och fällar, en myshörna för läsning om man skulle bo där en regnig dag. Utanför finns en liten terrass med två "puffar" med ryggstöd, ett parasoll och ett litet bord. De där puffarna var de mysigaste jag någonsin suttit i! Det var helt fantastiskt att sitta där, smutta på något att dricka och se ut över havet. Framåt kvällen kunde i tända ljus i lyktorna som hängde på terrassens räcke och hämta ut tjocka ullfiltar som gjorde att vi kunde sitta ute och mysa tillsammans halva natten. På morgonen levererades en superhärlig frukostkorg med alldeles nybakt och fortfarande varmt bröd!
Det var genomgående en bra upplevelse med bra service. Du får tex inte köpa alkohol på krogen och ta med till tältet (på grund av utskänkningstillståndet) men du kan ta med egen dryck och sedan hämta glas, kylare och is uppe på krogen. Det tillförde verkligen det där lilla extra! Inne finns det även värmeljus, lite böcker, kortlek, handdukar och schampoo och balsam anpassade för att kunna användas i havet. Ytterligare detaljer som gör att det verkligen känns som en 5-stjärnig upplevelse.
Sover man bra då? OM DU GÖR! Dels har du elkaminen som värmer under kallare nätter - dubbelsängen är en riktig säng och lakanen och täcken rent av magiska! Bland det fluffigaste jag någonsin sovit i. Fantastiskt!
Minus var att de inte hade bytt ljusen i alla lyktor som hängde på räcket - det förväntar jag mig ändå till det priset. Samt att det bara var en kudde per person i sängen (VEM i hela världen sover med bara en kudde????) Även det förväntar jag mig på ett boende av den klassen.
Men trots ovanstående blir det en 5:a!
