Kungliga biblioteket, eller KB, är Sveriges nationalbibliotek. Biblioteket är beläget mitt i stan, precis vid Humlegården. Det vackra biblioteket har varit verksamt sedan 1887. De tidigare samlingarna fanns i slottet Tre Kronor som sedan kom att brinna ner. KB har samlat in allt som tryckts i Sverige sedan 1661, så det finns en hel del lektyr för den vetgirige. Sedan årsskiftet 08/09 samlar man även in audiovisuella medier.
