Sun 16th March 1pm. Asked for an extra hot cappuccino, it was luke warm when arrived. The blonde Swedish girl must have forgotten it when taking the order. So when asked if it’s extra hot, her lame reply was: “as hot as it can be” instead of just making a new or even admit she was wrong. It’s a pro espresso machine, you decide how long to skim the milk for. It’s like think I must be stupid who never been to a cafe and don’t know how the machine works. Couldn’t be asked to make a fuss because I was too damn hungry. However the guy came up and asked if everything was good when we finished, which was very nice.once hearing the issue, he apologised and appreciated the feedback but didn’t get the memo that the coffee was ordered extra hot. The girl just stood there and heard everything and couldn’t even bring herself to have eye contact nor apologised. Fel bad for the guy who made apologise for her. Swedish customer service… I would say go to the branch in Mäster Samuelsgatan, the 2 guys working there are so nice and very customer service minded.
It’s a shame because the sand hitches are really good. Recommended the pests and turkey ones.
