Is there anything better than a dinner by the water in the archipelago? Not according to me anyway! After cycling out to the rocks and spending a whole day there, hearing the water crashing against the rocks when sunbathing and then a cooling bath from the hot sun, it was time for food. There are not so many alternative options here but do absolutely nothing.

The restaurant is really so cozy. The people who worked were really nice, friendly, happy and you felt welcome. They had some seats "indoors", it's a roof anyway. But it's the outdoor seating area that's packed. The view is amazing!

We had the same dish, hot smoked salmon, gravadlax with potatoes and lots of sauces, including aioli. And I also had smoked shrimp with it. No archipelago dinner without shrimp for me! Even though everything on the plate went together without any problems, it was super good! Is it a pretty odd plate as they are lots of everything. And you could add more things to this plate. 1,2 or 3, the same foundation but with a little more each time. But I still like it as you get a part of every summer inspired by the surroundings!
The prices are quite high here, but I didn't expect anything else.

To this we drank rosé wine which was quite okay. Not the best I've drunk, a little too fruity for my taste. But good enough for two glasses to slip down!
