Bistro Bananas är ett säkert kort när man vill ha en god middag i trevlig och avslappnad miljö. På sommaren är uteserveringen dessutom en av stans bättre om du frågar mig (kan ha att göra med att detta är mitt favoritkvarter i hela Stockholm hehe)!
De är ju mest kända för sina pizzor, men på senare år har Bananas börjat satsa även på andra rätter i både mindre och större format, typ råbiff, grillad fisk, chark och liknande. Jag väljer dock alltid pizza 🍕😋
Pizzorna tillhör definitivt stans toppskikt, kanske inte allra bäst men alltid bra. De har även en helt ok dryckeslista med vin, öl och cocktails och ger bra rekommendationer till maten.
Ingen bordsbokning men är det kö så kan man hänga i bakfickan så hämtar de en när bordet är redo = najs! Sist jag var här gick det dessutom väldigt snabbt från beställning till servering, också trevligt.
Alltid härlig personal och bra vibe, rätt stimmigt men det skadar ju sällan!

Trevligt ställe skulle jag säga! Var ganska fullt när vi kom, både inne o ute. Men trots detta så fixade de fram ett bord t oss på uteserveringen! Pizza o råbiff fick det bli, inga konstigheter där! 😍 sedan tog vi in lite efterrätt, varm chokladsås med hemmagjord vaniljglass o en tiramisu variant med smak av matcha och banankola, överraskande god måste jag säga!

Mysigt ställe för vin och drinkar. Vi beställde mat för att dela på och våra pizzor var kalla när de kom. Vi delade också på kroketter och pommes och de var super goda. Trist med pizzan för att den hade nog varit god i övrigt.

Utöver maten tyckte jag att stämningen var lite stressad där inne. Det var väldigt mycket folk och många som väntade på bord vilket gjorde att servicen blev lite stressad.

Jag gillar verkligen deras bakficka så det är verkligen ett stort tips.

Jag körde en klassisk fredag med pizza och vin. Bra buzz, goda pizzor (bra utbud av vegetariskt och veganskt) och bra service. Enda neggen var att det tog så lång tid att få bord.

Besökt Bananas flertal gånger men senast var ett par veckor sedan. Spontanlunch på en av årets första soldagarna, så fullproppad restaurang och kö i dörren. Väntade på bord i 10min vilket var helt okej.

Öl i fina små mini-sejdlar. Vi fick beställa snabbt och maten kom fort. Kanske inte kan ge ett rättvist omdöme på servicen då den var kort, men bra det lilla.
Vi beställde en liten chark som inte alls var så liten. Tre olika kallskuret, två ostbitar, oliver och cornichongs för 85kr, det är en bra deal! Pizzan med jalapeno och grön paprika var god och rolig kombination. Ostronen var lite tråkiga, men alltid gott med ostron.

För en lördaglunch en solig februaridag, godkänt!

A lot of people seem to have eaten the pizzas here. It didn't make me and my company so I guess it means another visit here, which I don't mind at all!

We shared some picks for starters. Parmesan and chanterelle croquettes - MUMS! Maybe croquettes are life, right? A little olives on it and then habanero fried ice sea prawns that it was good with drafts in. For the "main course" we each took a beetroot starter so also be good even if the brandy flavor was a little too prominent. There was good lemonade for those who don't want alcohol.

Otherwise, the staff was nice, but the service was possible somewhat tough and there was a lovely atmosphere in the room without getting too loud. We were here on a Thursday at the opening so can't tell you how it will be later in the evening or a weekend. Perfect for dinner after work!

This is one of those places that really the way between a 3a and a 4a. It's good, but nothing extra that makes it special. I'd love to go back, which means I'll give it a 4. Actually, it's probably 3.5. But we choose to round up!

Have only been here one Saturday when the venue was packed and it was waiting on both tables and food, but it was disturbing not because it suited well to have a beer in the meantime.
