Bun Meat Bun began their journey in Farsta south of Stockholm and quickly became a popular destination for locals and far-flung guests alike. They began as a pop-up, but you'll now find their permanent hamburger restaurants at several locations around Stockholm. They make excellent burgers using the "smash technique", where the meat patties are pressed down when fried giving them a crisp surface.
Bun Meat Bun is run by two enthusiasts whose aim is to serve simple, delicious hamburgers made from top-quality ingredients. Their burgers, which are made from fresh, roughly-ground chuck steak, are made to order and served with from American-style potato burger buns baked every day in a local bakery. You can combine your burger with French fries and homemade milkshakes made from Swedish Lejonet & Björnen ice cream. If you prefer a green alternative, the menu also includes a vegetarian burger made with portabello mushroom.
Bun Meat Bun isn't only for die-hard hamburger aficionados on a pilgrimage. They also welcome groups of friends or families, whether you want to grab something to eat on the go or sit and eat in peace and quiet in the relaxed surroundings.
