In the middle of town, among the many restaurants on Mäster Samuelsgatan, Chingu creates a sense of community around Korean BBQ. Gather friends around glowing grills and hang out at the bar, where the focus is on cocktails, small plates and nice bar vibes with a touch of Seoul. The concept is run by three friends with a passion for Korean food culture.
Chingu means friend in Korean and the aim here is to create a place for friends and family to socialise. The dining room revolves around sociable meals with Korean BBQ cooked on glowing grills at the tables. Choose between à la carte and set menus for at least two people, with a focus on top quality meat and carefully selected side dishes. All you have to do is grill at the table, dip in sauces, roll in lettuce leaves and eat together. As well as food, cocktails and other drinks with Korean and Japanese influences are also served.
Downstairs, the colourful bar is filled with murals, neon signs, and flavours from the streets of Seoul. Spend the evenings together, sharing snacks and drinking cocktails with a Korean twist. The menu consists of Korean fried chicken, side dishes, signature cocktails, soju, beer, sake, and other drinks. The place to be for anyone who wants to gather friends, have a post-work drink, or drop in for a spontaneous evening with Korean influences.

Vi körde deras klassiska meny och valde till LA short ribs också. Allting var riktigt bra. Tycker det är en femma för servicen är genomtänkt, otroligt bra kvalité genomgående på all mat och lokalen håller en fräsch atmosfär trots all stekos. Kommer definitivt äta här igen 😊
