Wow detta ställe levererar otroligt bra helhetsupplevelse. Man möts av en liten konditoridisk med sötsaker osv. Inredningen är stilsäker och modern. Enda minuset är att bordet vi satt vid var väggarmaturen fel placerad men inget man märker om man inte jobbar med lampor!

Inledningsvis började vi med deras smårätter och gröna charkbrickan. Tryffeltoasten var magisk, pumpanuggets med curryremolad var gott men inte otrolig. Enligt farsan var kycklinglevermoussen god och perfekt ratio lever med tillbehör.
Den gröna charkbrickan var trevlig där Brysselkålen i jordnötssmör var himmelsk!!! Jag är inget stort fan av brysselkål men denna var fantastisk🤩

Till huvudrätt provade jag varm vinterkålssallad och deras ravioli. Både otroligt säkra rätter med grymma smaker. Raviolin stack ut som favorit och såsen var pricken över i:et.

Morsan och farsan tog löjrom och Torsken till huvudrätt där båda var grymt nöjda. Vi ville prova deras kolasås till efterrätt men det fick verkligen inte plats. Det är ett gott betyg för tallrikarna var kliniskt rena efter varje omgång!

4/10 Burrata - smakade typ bara burrata vilket i sig är gott MEN då kan jag äta det hemma och jag saknade både syra och sälta.

8/10 Tiramisu var god men väldigt väldigt lite. Lite större portion kunde det varit.

Jag har verkligen väntat på denna lilla restaurang, följer Dorotea på IG och på TV4 när hon medverkar.
Vi startade middagen med 4 små/mellanrätter, kycklinglevermousse, snurrad råraka med löjrom och pepparrotsgrädde, varm vinterkålssallad med jordärtskocka.
Vi har även hämtat deras utmärkta lilla påse med Ocietra kaviar, smetana och sötpotatisblinier.
DoMa är litet och mysigt, trevlig personal och alltid med en ny dagens take-away. Det vi har provat har alltid smakat gott.
