Esperia får 1/5 av mig i betyg, det absolut enda positiva med upplevelsen var att maten var god. Stressade servitriser, en med riktigt dålig attityd. Ingen känsla för service.

Vi, ett par, blev placerade i ett bord sammanlänkat med en barnfamilj. Ni vet hur bord vanligtvis brukar ha ett mellanrum emellan? Dessa hade inte det, utan satt ihop. Jag vill inte gå ut och äta och sitta i samma bord som en barnfamilj jag inte känner. Jag frågade vänligt servitrisen om det gick att flytta ut borden lite så att vi får sitta lite för sig, och blev otrevligt bemött. Den arrogante servitrisen blev mest besvärad av önskemålet. Ingen känsla för service här. Fick huvudvärk av ungen som tjoade och hoppade i soffan, och nästan hoppade i knät på mig då vi satt precis bredvid varandra. Frågade om det gick att beställa en sallad till vår valda huvudrätt, men det var en förrätt som vi fick till vinet. Inte alls enligt mitt önskemål med andra ord. Även här samma stressade och arroganta servitris utan känsla för service. Han tog även bort vår brödkorg medan jag höll på att äta av brödet. Vi fick inte välja efterrätt själva då det var förbestämt med huvudrätten tydligen, något vi inte fick information om från honom heller. Riktigt dåligt.

Fler gäster var missnöjda vilket vi både hörde och såg den kvällen, det satt tre par placerade närmast dörren vid fönstret som satt med jackorna på och frös. Tydligen fanns det ännu värre platser än den vi fick, mysigt att sitta och frysa genom hela middagen. Ett av paren ville byta bord men det fick dem inte. Ett annat par fick höra att deras sittningstid snart var slut, kul att få höra det mitt i efterrätten. Jag förstår att restaurangen har en sittningstid men det är dåligt att stressa sina gäster på det viset.

Åk inte hit som ett par är mitt bästa tips till er. Det finns SÅ många bättre ställen i Stockholm, detta var en av mina sämre upplevelser och då har jag varit på många restauranger i stan. Dricksar alltid men denna gång blev det, som ni förstår av min recension, ingen dricks. Vi kommer inte tillbaka hit, och det borde inte ni heller göra!
