During the summer months, Brasseriet opens up its two terraces in the Royal Opera House on Gustav Adolfs torg. One of them is the Mediterranean-inspired summer restaurant, Guldterrassen, which includes a bar, DJs and a buzzy bar scene with stunning views.
Brasseriet has transformed the opera house into a lively meeting place with food and a bar and in the summer there are also two terraces for anyone who can't get enough of the views. Guldterrassen looks out over Gustav Adolfs torg, the Strömmen waterway and the Royal Palace. Get in the mood with Mediterranean-inspired small dishes, classic Swedish dishes, rosé and bubbles under one of the parasols. DJs play in the evenings and there are after-work happy hours in the evening sun several days a week.
Brasseriet's other terrace, Strömterrassen, is on the front side of the building and they also put on club nights. Both terraces are open in the summer, while Brasseriet itself is open all year round.
