Happy India is a family-owned restaurant which serves Indian food in no-frills surroundings with an authentic Indian atmosphere. The menu includes all the classic dishes from tandoori to aloo gobi, as well as several vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Happy India, which opened close to Mariatorget in Södermalm in 1997, boasts a tandoori oven in which all their grilled dishes are cooked. In keeping with India's passion for plant-based food, the restaurant has a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes, which meat-eaters are also recommended to try. Takeaway is available.

Jag och min sambo beställde take away från Happy India och vi blev väldigt nöjda med rätterna vi valde. Jag käkade en Mamu's Vegetarian och ett nanbröd med vitlök, medan min sambo tog en klassisk Chicken Tikka Masala. Stadiga portioner, varmt trots trans...

Jag gillar Happy India av flera anledningar.Väldigt god mat som man kan njuta av i mysig lugn miljö.Så skönt att slippa bakgrundsmusik här när man äter som annars spelas på nästan alla restauranger.

Smaklöst, köpte tre olika rätter. Kycklingen och även paneer var torr.

The best authentic Indian food in Stockholm!! The staffs are really friendly and their huge selection of veg and non-veg food makes this restaurent unique.

Mycket trevligt och prisvärd. En favvokrog. Rekommenderar starkt att gå dit.

Smakar ingenting. Såsen rinner som vatten. Papadam trasiga små bitar och väldigt lite sås till.

En väldigt familjär indisk restaurang med god mat och härlig varm stämning. Det är som att kliva in i en liten mysig del av Indien och avnjuta landets kultur och mat. Besökt både på lunch- och middagstid!

Väldig god indisk mat. Resturangvagnen har vart där länge. Har haft olika skepnader men har varit på topp de senaste fem åren. En av de bästa indierna just nu. Gå och prova!
