Hearts is a restaurant and bar on Vasaplan 4, City/Norrmalm in Stockholm.
Hösten 2018 lade Hearts ner sitt gamla koncept och förvandlades till ett "laboratorium", där gastronomiska upplevelser testas på gästerna. Under några månader förändras menyn och resten av konceptet för att istället handla om smaken av svensk komfort.
"Salt, syra och riktigt socker i kombination med fantastiska råvaror", så definierar Hearts svensk komfort. Nu är restaurangen på jakt efter de svenska smakerna. Tanken är att kidnappa gästens sinnen genom "moderna tillagningstekniker, respekt för historien och väldigt mycket kärlek". Allt för att få tillbaka kontakten med naturliga smaker och gå tillbaka till de naturliga, sentimentala, svenska smakerna. I januari 2019 står det nya restaurangkonceptet helt färdigt.

The double burger was more classic hamburger good, but it was also difficult to eat with your hands.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Just right. Our daughter got a free game and the staff were quick to give us the bill when we asked for it and also pack her burger in a take-awaykartong. Nice work.
I'd love to go back and eat their hummerhink because the lobster on the burger was supple and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can easily see this as a new regular place before travelling out into the world.
