Vi hade egentligen bokat ett annat ställe för denna kväll, och höll på att titta på alternativ för kommande restaurangbesök, då vi såg annonsen för “Hemma hos Cedde”. Tyckte det verkade spännande så då ändrade vi om i planeringen och det visade sig vara en fullträff. Blev visade till bardisken där man dukat upp med kräftskiva som tema. Som inledande drink erbjöds alternativ som t.ex. husvagnsgrogg, rum punch och stöd-öl, vilka serverades i dekorerad pappmugg - kul! Första rätten var en helt ljuvlig krokett med västerbottensost som serverades tillsammans med löjrom, krondill och Vätternkräfta - smakade himmelskt. Sedan följde ytterligare en rad med läckerheter, t.ex. råbiff som även den var fantastisk. Under tiden rätterna tillagades och serverades underhölls vi av vår värd som berättade om de olika komponenterna. Stämningen runt bardisken var hög och genom att använda de framdukade “party tutorna” visade vi gäster vår uppskattning för de olika rätterna. Samtliga rätter höll mycket hög klass och personalen var proffsig och tog väl hand om oss gäster. Kvällen var mycket lyckad från början till slut och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
