The restaurant is run by a mother and son team who have created the restaurant they wished existed. The result is a wine-led dining experience where the focus is on the interaction between drinks and ingredients. Here, the wine doesn't match the food, rather, the menu is shaped based around the wine you've chosen.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the goal is to make every visit to the restaurant feel warm and well-thought-out. Every detail is there for a reason, from how the dishes are composed to how the table is set and what is played on the speakers. The philosophy is simple: to let the flavors speak for themselves and create an environment where wine and food can live in symbiosis. The menu changes with the seasons and puts the ingredients at the center, with flavour inspiration largely coming from Sweden and Europe.

The cosy corner space is stripped back and warm, with light walls, patterned floors and hanging light bulbs that spread a pleasant glow. In the summer, the outdoor seating area opens up.
