The potential is there but without the right staff it will not be good.
The blonde woman who is perceived as a head waiter does not seem very interested in the company. Either it's a confusion between the "unpleasantness restaurant" or it's genuine disinterest.
Did not want to answer questions about the drink, but answered "it is in the menu", not ask if it tasted good. No, I don't get the feeling that service and hospitality are high on the list.
The food was good, the premises really lovely and as I said, huge potential. That would need to be boosted by a warm open hosting.
No I didn't leave a tip (in my world, tipping is a sign of good service) and she sneaks past me and whispers in my neck "how sad that your evening was so awful". I hadn't uttered any such words at all, I have to assume this came from the drinking situation but it didn't exactly fuel my good feeling about the restaurant as a whole.
I had hoped for a restaurant that I would recommend to my colleagues, we all loved Aifur so I researched Lasse, but no, this will not be a recommendation and thus a loss of recurring business groups.
