MAHA Food

MAHA Food is a fastfood restaurant with an emphasis on health and wellbeing, in welcoming premises in Kungsholmen. All the food they serve is made from fresh, locally-grown ingredients and the menu includes internationally-influenced bowls and smoothies. Come by to eat breakfast and lunch, or just enjoy a fika. You can also order catering, delivered direct to your door via various delivery services.

MAHA Food was founded by Kristien Kok, who moved to Sweden after having worked with healthfood in the Netherlands for many years. She aims to provide Stockholmers with a healthy alternative to the usual fast food options, offering a holistic experience where everything from the flavours to the textures, surroundings, sounds and smells complement each other.

All food is made from fresh, local ingredients. If you don't want to choose one of the ready-made options you can create a bespoke bowl from your own favourite ingredients. The restaurant is decorated in minimalist style with plenty of natural materials. The colour palette is harmonious, with earthy-hued furniture, wicker chairs and ceramics on the shelves.
