Maxim Framfickan
Asian sharing plates served in artistic surroundings
At the Maxim cultural centre, Maxim Framfickan restaurant is run by the gang behind Barbro. Have a drink and a snack, or settle down for a full dinner before a show. The menu consists of Asian sharing plates with inspiration from Scandinavia.
Maxim Framfickan is an intimate little restaurant that functions as an extension of the cultural experience at Maxim. With Barbro's restaurateurs at the helm, there's a smaller menu focusing on well-prepared Asian sharing plates, served in an artistic environment with modern decor and a friendly feel. The idea is that the welcoming atmosphere will make you want to stay a while and return regularly.
Upstairs, on a second floor with a view of the restaurant, is Maxim Framfickan's bar where you can have a drink and order something from the menu before or after the show. A bar menu is served here for those who just want to drop in for a drink and something to eat. You can also buy food and drinks to take into the theatre. In the summer you can take a seat on Maxim Framfickan's outdoor terrace right next to Karlaplan.
