If you are going here I recommend to sit at the "bar" and see when the food is cooked. It's really such an incredible experience for a relatively low cost!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Throughout the sitting we sat and chatted with the chef and he gave many detailed descriptions of the raw materials used.
The only downside to this restaurant is that booking may be needed when the bar seats are quickly filled up.
The dishes are many and are excellent to adapt to allergy sufferers.
Go to Minako If you want to have lunch/dinner in a sushi place out of the ordinary!
