At Norrbackagatan 48 in Birkastan you'll find Norrbacka 48, a combination of café and wine bar where you can come to eat, have a coffee or enjoy a glass of wine after work. The warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to hang out here, whether you're with friends, family or colleagues. 

Norrbacka opened its doors in spring 2022 on the corner of Norrbackagatan and Karlbergsvägen close to Sankt Eriksplan. Owner Therese has dreamt about working with food, coffee and wine, as well as meeting new people and creating a welcoming space. Friends, families and colleagues are all welcome to drop by the light, homely café during the day to eat lunch or enjoy a coffee in peaceful surroundings. The menu consists of grilled sandwiches, bowls, pizza and salads, as well as coffee and pastries. 

The idea here is that an afternoon coffee can easily segue into a post-work drink with a good and reasonably-priced glass of wine. The team at Norrbacka is passionate about wine and there are countless bottles lined up around the counter. The drinks menu includes champagne and cava, red and white wine, rosé, beer and non-alcoholic drinks to sip on. If you're looking for something a bit special, they organise wine tastings, and you can even hire out the entire place for various kinds of events. During the summer months, Norrbacka opens up their alfresco dining area on the pavement for anyone who wants to have something to eat, or enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in the sun.
