We have visited Oyster Bar - Stockholm several times which has wonderful ingredients and nice staff. We love seafood like oysters, mussels and lobster. On the last visit, however, we were extremely disappointed. The au gratin oysters we were first served were boringly laid out on a simple platter. The gratin on the oysters was non-existent. The bread that should always be on the platter was missing. The mussels that we then brought in were placed on a cold porcelain platter and the mussels were almost cold. It took forever between dishes so most likely we were forgotten. With the mussels, the bread came in, which we would have had for the oysters. The staff at the time felt disengaged. We didn't feel welcome. I had received a Smartbox as a gift from my friends when I turned 40, me and my partner were looking forward to a romantic dinner for two and we called in and were going to book a table. We got a terrible response on the phone, they were reluctant to book us in because we had a smartbox. They said that too many people with smartboxes may not be booked in on the same day and we had to call in again at a later date. When we called again to try to book a table, they tried to pressure us into ordering a 4 course instead of 3 course that was included in our smarbox.
