Parklådan

Lådan restaurant in a park - quite simply. In a sunny corner of Vasa park you'll find Parklådan, big sister Lådan's take on an American beer garden; an al fresco beer hall with a food hatch in one corner. They serve up street food favourites and beer from Swedish craft breweries.  

It's no secret that the team behind the Lådan family like drinks in general, and locally produced beer in particular. A passion that has resulted in ten taps of beer that they love from produces brewing the kind of beer they like. They also serve a couple of natural wines as well as cocktails based on Swedish spirits such as gin from Stockholms Bränneri. 

The food hatch serves artisanal “fast food” in the form of burgers and hot dogs, made from scratch from ingredients from small local producers such as Gotlands Korvfabrik sausages. Forget mass produced food; they pickle their own own pickles, mix their own sauces and get their burger and hot dog buns fresh from Magnus Johansson Bageri. All dishes can also be made vegetarian. If you're in the mood for dessert you can tuck into a soft-serve ice cream made from organic Swedish milk and cream. 

With a sunny outdoor dining area in one of Stockholm's most summery spots, Parklådan draws in beer fans from all over the city, as well as anyone looking for something tasty to eat in relaxed surroundings.
