Med alla framsteg inom tekniken, exempelvis att man kan gå på en restaurang och beställa mat samt dryck helt utan att ha någon form av kontakt med andra människor, känns det tråkigt att ett ställe som pinchos lever på och öppnar fler etableringar. Hela franchiseidéen är mer eller mindre: minimal kontakt med serveringspersonalen och små rätter till ett helt okej pris. Allt som allt känns smårätter tråkigt och överspelat. Jag ser verkligen inte det gulliga i det hela.

Dock något som är värt att berömma är utbudet och därmed valmöjligheterna. Som vegetarian finns ändå 5-6 olika rätter att välja mellan.

Men att hämta mat och dryck själv samt äta väldigt små portioner för att sen bli tillfrågad om jag vill ge dricks måste man ändå ställa sig frågan - för vad?

Kökspersonalen och alla bakom baren är de riktiga hjältarna, de får helt klart för lite uppmärksamhet. Men att ge dricks till personal som hälsar, pekar på ett bord och sen tackar för vårat besök? Kalla mig snål och tråkig, men uppskattar lite mer service än så.

Jag skulle dock rekommendera pinchos för alla som är ute för en ”roligare” middag eftersom lokalen är pyntad med roliga detaljer. Jag ser lätt att en barnfamilj eller en arbetsgrupp som har en afterwork skulle kunna njuta av ett besök på pinchos. Då all beställning sker från respektive persons telefon kan man därför själv välja mängd mat och dryck.

Hade dock gärna sett att dom kom ut med maten istället för man hämtar den själv, det hade varit najs i kombination med appen.
