Forget fads and niche concepts, Ilse strives to be a modern classic where everyone is welcome. The restaurant is located in BonBon's old premises and carries an air of timelessness. Guests dine upon white tablecloths in front of an open kitchen or take a seat by the round bar that dominates the venue. Edit: now I have been so many times on Ilse (maybe 3 times for dinner and 6-7 times at lunch) and been happy that I must raise the rating to a 5: a. it is quality through and through, incredibly stable in terms of both food and service. Bonbon Deli, an old favorite hole in the wall, became a new favorite in Duck n Crab. Now, the old favorite BonBon (small dishes served in a very special way) become Ilse. The restaurateur is the same, Jonas Wad, and with three of three right before so, expectations were pretty high when I went in to the Ilse of a spontaneous meal yesterday.

If we start with the venue. A little classical, a little modern and very "nice", but without for that matter become rigid (i.e. you don't need to have the suit on you). Nice and suitable for most occasions, in addition to ev. If you are a larger gangs who are going out and messing up and let ... The restaurant feels like very small, but it is estimated the seats should come up over 40 sites, I would guess. Very nice local anyway.

The menu is divided into five parts: oysters (three different), tartes (three pajliknande), starters, main courses and dessert. The starters are perhaps around 5th and main courses like. The service did an awesome job the night through, and it was nice to chat a bit with the chef, which unfortunately had not been excessively to make this evening. Probably, it is not so many that have discovered this little gem yet, which I hope it will be change! Verging on full score, therefore, but the overall impression will be in between, and since it is the first visit will be a four this time!

Edit may 2017: each for lunch today. Sitting on the outdoor terrace. While not solar, but cruelly good. Took a day's for about 145, it was 5 of 5. My company that took another day's (three to choose from, the same price at all I think) also was 5 of 5. The service was great. Ilse touches on the full pot. Will definitely return.
