Michelin Bib is a well-known restaurant with a cozy vibe and great service on the restaurant-leaky part of the Ring Road. With one set menu per evening, we could sit back and relax from the start, which felt liberating. Of course, it was possible to make the menu vegetarian. Of the 4 dishes we got, two were absolutely outstanding - the ravioli and the dessert with rhubarb and pink pepper. The other two were a bit of a disappointment - perhaps due to the fact that nothing is optional. If you don't like peas and dish 3 consists of 50% peas, the concept becomes problematic. Regardless, the vibe, the service and the other two dishes weighed up so much that I without hesitation put 4 stars and am already curious about what a second visit can offer. Extra plus for the layout of the room where the kitchen is open to the guests - very fun to see
