Update 10 August: second visit, they set the bar high last time, and this time they actually surpassed the last occasion. No, but it's so good. So nice. Such a well-matched wine package. Such good service. Simply Stockholm's best, if you ask me.

First visit, April 27: So. I've only heard good things about Triton. And everything is correct. Undoubtedly, top marks.
Perfect location close to Skanstull. The room itself is super cozy and very personal, like a nice living room.
The service was really top class, very nice and helpful but still gave us space.

And then the food: fixed three-course menu for about 600 SEK, which in this case is so affordable. They fixed vegetarian food for me, while my company ate fish and meat. We also took the wine package which was really good (and which was adapted to the vegetarian menu). The food came in at the right pace. First a nettle broth, then a green foamy soup with primeurs. Then stuffed pasta with some good cheese in it, served with rapeseed shoots and like a little butter maybe? Finally fried artichoke, asparagus, hollandaise with bread from Svedjan (can't remember exactly all the components because of wine package haha).
Everything was so so so good. Great balance, solid but fresh, kind of "adult" flavors. I wouldn't be able to complain about anything even if I tried.

It's really impressive how they manage to get that relaxed, genuine neighborhood restaurant feeling despite the extremely high level of food – without it feeling like they're "trying". It just clicks. I definitely want to visit Triton again when they have changed the menu, try some new dishes but experience the same awesome atmosphere.
