Persona opened just a few weeks ago in a stunning, completely renovated and re-designed space. It was started by ambitious founders. Louis is an award wining chef and Jonathan is an up and coming star in the hospitality industry, both have worked before at Frantzen and Adam&Albin. As you can expect the menu is excellent, the wine pairings are exciting, and service is incredibly attentive and friendly. They feel polished even though they just started.
