Would fix new passport at the police station and they had technical problems so the wait time was 3 hours. Spontaneous visit was on the Salt which is located in the neighborhood. Turned out to be a buffet place. Old (not in a charming way), bare and right location. The food was served left much to be desired. Difficult to understand how places like these can survive when you look at the competition.
