Spritmuseum on Djurgården isn't just a museum about drinks and Swedish drinking culture - they also boast an award-winning restaurant. They take their cue from Swedish food culture and serve lunch, brunch and dinner with a beautiful view of the Stockholm inlet.
Since Spritmuseum's restaurant opened in 2014, foodies have had yet another reason to come to Djurgården. The entire museum experience is enhanced with food and drink inspired by the museum's themes and stories. The kitchen is based on Swedish food culture and prepares everything from classic home cooking to slightly more modern interpretations of Swedish classics. The rustic dining room is decorated in Scandinavian style and you can eat lunch, dinner or brunch just a few metres from the water here. The weekend menu is full of home cooking and artisanal Swedish drinks that pair with the food.
For groups of friends and other private parties, there are also two private dining rooms that can be booked for a dining experience filled with history, nostalgia and sensory impressions. In the summer, the restaurant boasts two outdoor terraces, one on the pier and one in the lush arbor, where you can eat and have a drink right next to the water.
