Would guess that this is the archipelago's most ambitious restaurant. And of course it's good. We got the top service and everyone was happy with the food. Burratan was awesome, among the best burrata varieties I've eaten. The tupper was generous and tasty, but had wished for slightly higher flavors. Personally, I would have liked to have seen a slightly wider menu. Understand that they want to be very good at a few dishes and change often, but maybe 2-3 dishes to the menu would be nice (there were about 3 starters and 3 main courses to choose from I have for me. The restaurant as such is nice, but think there are nicer where you sit much closer to the water. Never be indoors, so don't know what it looked like there.
