Taco Bar Stureplan

You'll find the long-established TexMex chain Taco Bar a stone's throw from Stureplan. Mexican flavours take centre stage and there's something for everyone here, from carnivores to vegans. The bar serves everything from Mexican beer to cocktails. How does a nachos and margarita combo sound? 

This Mexican TexMex chain has been a Swedish institution for more than 35 years. Eat dinner and lunch in the restaurant on Kungsgatan or drop by for a spontaneous post-work drink with colleagues. The menu offers everything from nachos, burritos and quesadillas to tacos, salads and enchiladas, but you'll also find Mexican-inspired burgers. There are several different kinds of vegetarian protein and almost all dishes can be made vegan. If you like slurping on something sweet, order one of their milkshakes made with ice cream, such as salty caramel, chocolate brownie or Oreo.  

You can eat lunch and dinner all week at Taco Bar. Perhaps you want to drop by for a laid-back lunch with a work colleague or kickstart your weekend here on a Friday evening. Tuesdays means Taco Tuesday, with reduced prices on tacos. If you'd rather enjoy your food at home, takeaway's always an option. 

Quality is extremely important at Taco Bar. They choose their ingredients carefully, check how they're transported and where they come from. They choose to import lots of the produce they use from America themselves, for example their guacamole, jalapeños, corn chips, corn and wheat tortillas and beans. They make all their own spice mixes and sauces themselves, to secret recipes.
