I had a absolutely terrible experience at the chaps. I booked an appointment for a sidecut with Benji, who was unexpectedly absent upon my arrival. Instead, another barber started SHAVING OFF MY HAIR WITHOUT CONSENT, resulting in losing a third of it. I had been growing my hair for FIVE years, and it reached me to my waist. And suddenly it was GONE.

The situation worsened when I had to visit another salon to correct the mishap, incurring additional costs. Initially, Benji promised compensation for my loss of hair but has still not paid the invoice. I feel violated and deceived; I cannot recommend this salon in any way and will report them to the consumer protection agency.
